Shipping Policy

We exclusively use FedEx to ship all packages. For orders within the United States, we use FedEx Domestic for 2-4 day shipping. For Canada and the rest of the world, we use FedEx International Economy which takes 4-6 business days to deliver.

We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 7 days to receive shipping confirmation.

Please allow for longer shipping & fulfillment times during COVID-19. We are a small team sewing each mask by hand, and have been unexpectedly overwhelmed with face mask orders. Thank you for your patience.

COLTY is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs. 

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of COLTY and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
